Calling friends for a hang out at night for gambling and partying is an awesome idea of throwing a poker party. It is common in Texas Hold’em. The number of people can amount up to 10 or may be 2. Any number in between will also work. The only thing required in here is a table and the space around the table. Other requirements include poker chips which can be of either clay or plastic depending upon the investment. If parties are being planned very often clay chips are the best option to play with. That will be a smart investment. Chips are divided on the table according to denomination in front of each player.

To add ambience to the game a colored felt just as the size of the table is spread on the table which in turn helps to avoid tapping the chips on the table. To add some taste to it foods can be arranged like chips along with salsa and chicken fingers. Host is essential in a party like this who is supposed to place, plates, glasses and game equipments. In these parties pot luck is very important so as to keep something in hand before being completely broke during the game.

For those who are unaware of the rules of this game simple rules should be made. Playing unknowingly may lead to loose the game under the circumstance of not knowing to bet wisely. Generally 2 decks of cards are set on the table. One for the hand playing and the other to continuously shuffle the cards n cut for the next hand to play. The decks should be of different colors so that they do not mix up. Declaring early in the game is not a rule but is just a helpful nudge that gets the game moving.
